Grant Kozak

Grant J. Kozak is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in family office private equity (PE), with a focus on leveraged buyout opportunities for high-net-worth investors.

Before joining Horizon Financial Group, Grant spent seven years at Warwick Capital Group, a lower-middle-market family office and PE sponsor, where he refined his expertise in markets, financial modeling, and transaction analysis. He also brings specialized knowledge of complex financial instruments, having implemented strategies involving fixed income products and commodities futures.

As an LPL Investment Advisor Representative, Grant draws on his broad background to address the individualized needs of each client—ranging from portfolio construction and active management to long-term planning for retirement, wealth transfer, and succession.

Grant holds a B.A. in Information Technology from Furman University and is fluent in financial modeling and data analysis. He is dedicated to leveraging his experience to design customized financial strategies that help clients achieve their goals with clarity and confidence.

Grant lives in New York City with his wife, Jessica, and their two sons.
